My system says it needs attention to secure virus and anti spam yet I get messages to say produt is fully upated.-tied downloading and it says fully udated.Why then is it telling me ihave not upated for 40 days with an ! mark

I had this exact same problem a few weeks ago. After contacting tech support I ended up downloading a new copy of the suite, deinstalling the present ca suite then doing a reinstall. This fixed the problem.
Is there a way to contact Tech Support other than by telephone anymore?
