:x :x It is to bad you do not have any phone numbers listed on this web site, to be able to talk to CS... I renewed my subscription on March 11, 2008. Never got to download the renewal until now. And of course it is to late to do it. NOW, what do I do??? You have charged my account $29.99. How do I get my renewal subscription? I hate your web page, hard to navigate, can not find what I wanted to find out. I hope I get a response from your company.

On the CA website you'll find that there is a 'Contact Us' section which lists the relevant phone numbers. See below;
