I downloaded and have had all kinds of problems with it. If I would got to the IE and then close it or have a different user log on then I would get Page can not be displayed, for every thing I tryed to do.part of it would not load when I clicked on the LOAD button. I have removed and pc work's like it did before!

In the most cases the errors are related to the configuration and setup of the local computer. I had as well the 2007 version the last year and never had problems. Maybe you still have another anti virus installed or you have installed incompatible software.
If you give a exact describtion what exactly doesn't work i can try to help you.
But "had all kinds of problems with it." is not really a describtion of the problem and helpful to troubleshoot.

Hello.
After the initial installation it could be a firewall issue. You can use this document to troubleshoot this;
http://crm.my-etrust.com/CIDocument.asp?GUID=7D4B8FA1384E441BA160137E2584A3 AD&Ver=&ExternalCallID=0&SimpleUI=1&KDID=2700&AddBookmark=0
If this doesn't work you can try uninstalling your parental controls as they may also block an internet connection.
After that if you are still having trouble then you will need to provide more information as advised by Mr.AnyQuestions.
Thanks.
