darksma cant get rid of

Similiar thing happened when i was using systemac, i got fed up and switched to CA. They fixed the problem now after 6 months its back. Just switch to another company again? I hope not. Anyway i run spyware and Darksma keeps popping up, telling me to reboot. I do, and darksma still there. Of course i tried to email CA , but you cant get a real person. The locations are

First, disable your system restore, boot in safe mode then rescan. This should clean things up.

The next think you can do to make sure is download and install Hijackthis (details etc in removal tools and utilities section of forum), install it then run a full system scan.

You will seee the msjuan file listed there and also some others like partypoker etc. Delete these from within Hijackthis and all should then be ok.

Any probs, PM me back with your Hijackthis log and I will go through it for you.

I have boot in safe mode and turn off system restore, run the scan - no virus found, when i restart my computer and go to explorer main page pop ups keeps coming also a warning message that my computer is infected and need to download antivirus 2009. I run spyware and keeps finding darksma telling me I need to reboot my computer I have done it several times but still the same. Location of the spyware is:

I also use Hijckthis and still cant get rid of darkforce-Darksma...

I can't see anything that shouln't be listed in your log file.

Open regedit.exe from start/run and search for:

hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\ms track system
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\ms juan

Delete any entries there and reboot and scan again.

You must update your Acrobat to the latest version as yours shows version 7! This is to avoid the latest PDF exploits.

I have the same darksma problem.
I've removed those registry entires in safe mode, and they still come back.
I bought CA suite yesterday to get this fixed with no luck.
A waste of $70.00.

Did you follow all the previous posted advice? Also do a 'Free Threat Scan' online at: http://shop.ca.com/ and report results.

Submit a hijackthis log and I will check it through.
